The 5am Club


Who's in with me?


Now - don't roll those eyes cuz I know you did!!! It's actually proven that if we get up early in the day to get our workouts in and have some time to set our intentions, meditate, etc. we will have better days, be healthier AND be happier.


I know this from first hand experience. I've lived it over and over and it's true. Yet here I am struggling with my mornings even knowing what will happen. I have a few ideas (like haven't been taking my iron and not all that excited about back to work - who is?) but I also know that what I decide wins and if I decide to get up it will win - I'd just like some help doing it!


So - are you in with me? I'd love to have some 5am peeps to hold me accountable AND I'd love to hold you accountable too! If you need more proof of this try the books:

I know you may not believe me - so give those a try and then let me know if you're in! I'm committed to 6am this week, 5:30 next week and then 5am moving forward! If I can do it, so can you!!!

I'm in! I've been having such a hard time waking up lately. I used to get so much done in the morning including my work out! And now I'm sleeping till the very last second I have before I have to get up and I have to jam pack everything into my evening. So I'm in!!!!!!
